Located at 3569 Pelham Parkway Suites A & B Pelham, AL 35124 our restaurant will feature all of the food truck classics, with additional southern comfort food favorites.

Front of the House

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers entering and leaving the business

  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area

  • Accurately process all cash and credit payments

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Support kitchen staff with cleaning and food prep, when needed

  • Prepare quality, consistent cocktails (Bartender only)

Back of the House

Responsibilities

  • Set up workstations

  • Cook dishes to business standards

  • Follow health and safety guidelines

  • Prepare ingredients for use during shift

  • Clean and breakdown workstations at the conclusion of shift
